What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer, embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise.
- 2Drive personal sales and results, contributing to team goals in a high-touch retail environment.
- 3Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices, anticipating needs and personalizing interactions.
- 4Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service-driven store culture by modeling collaborative behavior.
- 5Execute daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness.
- 6Follow established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Requirements8
- 118 years of age or older.
- 2Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- 3Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
- 4A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- 5Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
- 6Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Holidays) or 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days (Monday-Thursday).
- 7Ability to stand/walk an entire shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools.
- 8Ability to uphold Rothy's Experience by following dress code, including wearing Rothy's shoes during every shift.
