What You'll Do11

Requirements9

  • 1High school diploma or GED
  • 2State approved CNA certification completed within 120 days of hire
  • 3Six months experience in long-term care preferred
  • 4Valid nursing assistant license in Michigan
  • 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
  • 7Commitment to patient safety and quality standards
  • 8Experience with assistive device instruction
  • 9Understanding of documentation requirements for rehabilitation care
