What You'll Do11

Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2State approved CNA certification completed within 120 days of hire
- 3Six months experience in long-term care preferred
- 4Valid nursing assistant license in Michigan
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- 7Commitment to patient safety and quality standards
- 8Experience with assistive device instruction
- 9Understanding of documentation requirements for rehabilitation care
