Requirements11
- 1Effective written and verbal communication with basic mathematical and computer proficiency
- 2Proven experience in cleaning or restoration fields
- 3High school diploma or GED
- 4IICRC certification preferred
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly with occasional assistance
- 7Physical stamina for climbing ladders working at heights and navigating confined spaces
- 8Strong ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods
- 9Experience handling cleaning chemicals and working around hazardous materials
- 10Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
- 11Background check clearance required
