Overview

As a Restoration Technician at Matrix Restoration Services, you own the physical restoration process for water and fire damage jobs across the Philadelphia area. You execute drying, demolition, and cleaning tasks per work orders, working directly with crew chiefs and other technicians on residential and commercial properties. What You'll Do6

  • 1Perform production and restoration processes per work order and crew chief instructions, including water extraction, drying, and demolition.
  • 2Inventory and load the work vehicle with all equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • 3Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment, ensuring readiness for every job.
  • 4Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, including containment and protection of unaffected spaces.
  • 5Leave each job site with a clean and orderly appearance, reflecting professionalism and care.
  • 6Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians to coordinate tasks and report progress.

Requirements10

  • 1IICRC certification required.
  • 21+ years experience in cleaning and restoration services.
  • 3Experience serving commercial properties.
  • 4Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 5High school diploma or GED.
  • 6Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • 7Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • 8Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods, and to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively.
  • 9Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals, following safety protocols.
  • 10Flexibility to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
