What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with a smile, take orders accurately, and deliver hot, made-to-order pizzas at the front counter.
- 2Build pizzas on the makeline, following exact recipes and prep standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- 3Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and stocking supplies during your shift.
- 4Handle cash and card transactions with a POS system, balancing your drawer at the end of your shift.
- 5Support the team during rush periods by taking on additional tasks, such as boxing pizzas or managing carryout orders.
- 6Learn and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP guidelines, to keep guests safe.
- 7Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers to coordinate orders and minimize wait times.
- 8Restock ingredients and packaging, lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for prolonged periods as needed.
Requirements6
- 1At least 16 years old (18+ if pursuing a delivery driver role).
- 2Ability to work nights and weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings.
- 3Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- 4A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to learn new skills.
- 5Reliable transportation to the Nashville, TN location.
- 6No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
