As a Papa John's Restaurant Team Member, you own the quality of every product and customer interaction at the Raleigh Riverwood location. You will execute workstation duties, from prepping ingredients to processing orders, ensuring each pizza meets our standards. What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare ingredients and craft quality products like pizza and sides following Papa John's standards.
- 2Take customer orders by phone and in person, provide professional service, and suggestively sell to boost check average.
- 3Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the FOCUS System.
- 4Support teammates across workstations, from dough prep to oven tending, to deliver orders on time.
- 5Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, complying with safety and security protocols.
- 6Complete closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing, to ready the store for the next shift.
- 7Adhere to uniform and appearance standards to uphold Papa John's image.
- 8Speak up on the line to ensure orders are accurate and ready when customers expect them.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2ServSafe or Local/State Food Service Certification preferred.
- 3Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 4Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- 5Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, NC location.
