Restaurant Supervisor, QSR Operations & Crew Management
Overview
Own daily restaurant operations at a high-volume Jollibee location in Vallejo, CA, supporting the General Manager in hitting store business goals. You will implement Food Safety and Cleanliness & Sanitation programs, manage crew schedules, and control costs across assigned areas. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead shift operations to meet Product Quality and Service standards, correcting issues in real time.
- 2Execute Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) audits, ensuring 100% compliance with health codes.
- 3Direct crew assignments, training, and performance feedback during your shift.
- 4Control Food Cost and Labor Cost by adjusting staffing and waste based on sales forecasts.
- 5Manage the Packaged Program (e.g., catering or bundle deals), tracking inventory and ordering.
- 6Drive Store Business metrics by analyzing daily sales and guest feedback with the Management Team.
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ year experience as a Team Leader in food or retail.
- 3Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- 6Authorized to work in the USA (eVerify required).
