What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including kitchen and front-of-house
- 2Manage scheduling training and performance of all team members
- 3Maintain food and labor costs within budgeted targets
- 4Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- 5Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- 6Manage hiring and onboarding for new employees
- 7Align restaurant operations with best practices and company policies
- 8Collaborate with leadership to meet growth and brand goals
Requirements8
- 1Willingness to work overtime as defined by business needs
- 2Hospitality focused and ability to lead employees/team-members
- 3Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
- 43+ years managing a fast-paced quick service restaurant
- 5Knowledge of foodservice metrics
- 6Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- 7Ability to work weekends as needed
- 8Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and fast-paced teams
