- 7Train and mentor employees in customer service best practices and operational excellence
- 8Conduct performance appraisals providing constructive feedback to boost productivity
- 9Foster team morale and motivation creating a collaborative high‑energy work environment
- 10Guest Satisfaction & Brand Development Deliver superior service maximizing customer satisfaction
- 11Handle guest concerns professionally resolve issues efficiently uphold brand image and develop local initiatives
- 12Promote the brand through word‑of‑mouth marketing restaurant events and local partnerships
- 13Recommend creative ways to attract new guests using social media and promotions
- 14Financial & Business Performance Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability and cost control
- 15Identify areas to optimize sales reduce waste and improve overall financial performance
- 16Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- 17Maintain oversight of inventory and implement effective purchasing strategies
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing restaurant teams
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 410% performance‑based bonus potential
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 6CPC Card certification preferred
- 7BCBA credential valued
- 8Kubernetes deployment experience required
