Restaurant General Manager, Taco Bell
Overview
You own the guest experience, team performance, and P&L for a Taco Bell location. You handpick and train your crew, set the standard for service, and drive profitability through operational excellence. You lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members, coaching them to grow and succeed. Your success shows in your team's performance and your store's numbers. This role offers a 50-hour week with overtime pay, plus benefits like 4 weeks' vacation and a 6% 401k match.
What You'll Do9
- 1Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong, prepared team.
- 2Design and execute a training plan, mentoring Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers.
- 3Recognize and reward outstanding performance regularly, fostering equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- 4Resolve conflicts promptly to keep the work environment positive and productive.
- 5Engage with customers firsthand, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- 6Schedule staff strategically to maximize service, coaching your management team on CHAMPS standards.
- 7Lead product rollout meetings and implement new menus and promotions effectively.
- 8Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and boost profitability without hurting the guest experience.

Requirements10
- 15+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong record in people management.
- 2Proven ability to improve performance through P&L analysis.
- 3Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
- 4Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 5Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
