What You'll Do10
- 1Drive sales growth by implementing local marketing strategies and coaching the team on upselling techniques

- 4Create weekly schedules that align with business needs while balancing team preferences
- 5Coach team members in real-time on service standards, food quality, and speed of service
- 6Resolve customer complaints with empathy, turning negative experiences into loyal fans
- 7Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with ServSafe and local health codes
- 8Use POS data to analyze sales trends, adjust menu promotions, and reduce waste
- 9Conduct performance reviews and develop personal growth plans for each direct report
- 10Foster a recognition culture by celebrating wins and birthdays, boosting team morale
Requirements9
- 13+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2Proven success in sales building, P&L management, and recruiting
- 3Track record of hiring and retaining high-performing teams
- 4ServSafe certified or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 5Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 6Ability to work 50+ hours per week, with flexibility as business demands
- 7Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- 8High school diploma or equivalent required
- 9Must be 18 years or older
