Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Own daily restaurant operations, managing 3+ years of fast casual experience in a hands-on leadership role.
- 2Drive P&L performance by controlling food and labor costs, forecasting sales, and adjusting schedules.
- 3Build and coach a team of 15-25, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
- 4Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, passing health inspections with no critical violations.
- 5Lead local store marketing efforts to boost community presence and drive traffic.
- 6Resolve guest issues in real time, maintaining high service standards.
- 7Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, reducing turnover through engagement.
- 8Deliver first 90 days: complete food safety certification and pass a mock audit.
- 9Coordinate with kitchen and FOH managers to align prep and service flow.
- 10Implement upselling techniques with staff to increase average ticket size.
Requirements9
- 13+ years Restaurant General Manager experience in fast casual or quick service.
- 2Proven P&L management with accountability for $1M+ in annual revenue.
- 3Strong operational knowledge of kitchen and front-of-house processes.
- 4Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred.
- 5Track record of staffing, training, and developing team members.
- 6Sales forecasting and inventory management experience.
- 7Ability to create local store marketing initiatives.
- 8Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- 9High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality a plus.
