Overview
Black Box Security seeks Residential Protection Agents to lead close protection and residential security for high-net-worth individuals. Candidates will operate independently while supporting a close-knit elite team. This is a mission-driven role where you become part of a culture of precision discretion and professionalism.
What You'll Do7
- 1Own and execute daily protective strategies at private estates ensuring uninterrupted movement for clients
- 2Maintain situational awareness throughout each shift
- 3Coordinate with security teams on post orders and incident protocols
- 4Represent Black Box Security with discretion and professionalism
- 5Utilize defensive tactics firearms and non-lethal options as needed
- 6Lead teams during high-risk situations and train new operators
- 7Develop and refine operational processes to meet elite standards
Requirements8
- 1Military or law enforcement experience in protective or executive roles
- 2Current CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit and Guard Card
- 3Valid CA driver's license with clean record
- 43+ years residential security experience with high-net-worth clients
- 5Physical fitness to sustain long shifts
- 6Availability for 12-hour shifts across all hours
- 7Strong composure under pressure and dynamic conditions
- 8Professional presence and client-facing communication skills
