What You'll Do11
- 1Point of contact responsible for lease renewals and transfer requests
- 2Monitor satisfaction surveys and online reviews to maintain quality
- 3Assist with purchase orders for property operations
- 4Serve as onsite contact providing accurate information in person over phone and in writing
- 5Assess root causes of resident inquiries and resolve issues
- 6Greet prospects visitors and residents with professionalism
- 7Support onsite resident activities with flexible scheduling
- 8Stay aligned with company values and legal compliance
- 9Maintain administrative excellence and organizational skills

Requirements10
- 1Associate or Bachelor degree preferred with High School Diploma requirement
- 2Direct multi-family industry experience preferred for luxury community
- 3Proven customer service and hospitality background
- 4Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- 5Thorough attention to detail and ownership mindset
- 6Familiarity with Chicagoland area including public transportation
- 7Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 8Ability to present effectively and manage competing priorities
- 9Positive attitude and commitment to learning
