Overview
We seek skilled Residential HVAC Technicians to join our team and keep customers cool in Las Vegas. This role involves installing maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge and problem solving abilities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform routine maintenance changing filters cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions identifying leaks electrical failures and mechanical issues
- 3Install and repair residential HVAC systems following manufacturer specifications
- 4Follow safety protocols regarding refrigerants electrical components and ventilation systems
- 5Conduct system start-ups and performance tests as required
- 6Work with clients contractors engineers and managers to meet client expectations
- 7Maintain accurate installation records documenting materials hours and issues
- 8Provide written reports and documentation to dispatch and supervisors
- 9Attend training sessions to expand knowledge of HVAC regulations and safety
- 10Handle emergency repair calls and may work weekends or after hours
- 11Own personal tools while using company provided transportation and certain equipment
Requirements11
- 1EPA Type 2 Certification with preference for EPA Universal Certification
- 2OSHA 10 Construction Certification
- 3Valid driver’s license registered in Nevada
- 45+ years building and maintaining HVAC systems
- 5Proficiency with Spark Airflow and other relevant technologies
- 6Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- 7Ability to lift and carry heavy tools weighing 50 lbs or more
- 8Physical stamina to work in hot cold or cramped environments
- 9Experience with electrical plumbing and ductwork installation
- 10Experience reading technical manuals schematics and wiring diagrams
- 11Willingness to learn on the job with structured training
