What You'll Do8
- 1Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems air conditioning electric motors heating units heat pumps compressors light commercial furnaces burners intake and exhaust fans economizers humidifiers
- 2Complete all required company documentation during and after each job
- 3Manage daily job scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively
- 4Communicate clearly with clients about service progress and outcomes
- 5Maintain organized workspaces both on-site and in company vehicles
- 6Teach and learn through collaboration with coworkers in meetings and one-on-one sessions
- 7Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- 8Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations in all work activities
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- 2EPA certification required
- 3Physical stamina to lift 50lbs and regular climbing of ladders
- 4Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- 5Excellent vision and ability to adjust focus
- 6Reliable driving record
- 7Commitment to safety as primary job responsibility
