What You'll Do7
- 1Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- 2Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- 3Handle laundry tasks such as washing folding and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- 4Maintain floor care routines including carpet cleaning floor polishing and sweeping to keep all surfaces looking their best.
- 5Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively.
- 6Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
- 7Use janitorial and custodial experience to ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards including outdoor work when required.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year of proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management knowledge of cleaning surfaces equipment and janitorial procedures
- 3Familiarity with cleaning detergents floor care products and sanitation techniques to ensure safe and effective cleaning practices
- 4Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely while maintaining attention to detail
- 5Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- 6Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- 7Experience in outdoor work or residential housekeeping is a plus
- 8Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and commercial cleaning techniques is desirable
