What You'll Do9

- 6Communicate effectively with residents or clients to understand specific cleaning needs or preferences
- 7Conduct outdoor work as needed including patio or balcony cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance
- 8Own daily cleaning routines ensuring all areas meet property standards
- 9Drive improvements in guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing residential cleaning teams
- 35+ years experience with cleaning techniques including floor care carpet cleaning dusting and surface sanitation
- 4Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums floor buffers steam cleaners and other janitorial tools
- 5Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- 6Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- 7Excellent customer service skills communicating clearly with residents or clients about their needs
- 8Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor surfaces
