What You'll Do10
- 1Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- 2Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- 3Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- 4Clean floors using techniques like sweeping, mopping, and floor care equipment to restore shine and safety.
- 5Maintain surfaces like countertops, appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens with proper cleaning agents.
- 6Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively.

- 8Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient use during each shift while adhering to safety protocols.
- 9Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including cleaning patios or outdoor furniture to ensure the entire property is well-maintained.

Requirements8
- 1Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings demonstrating strong cleaning skills.
