- 3Provide Grounded Presence responding to resident needs and sensitive crisis situations with calm professional control using conflict resolution techniques
- 4Communicate & Collaborate maintaining detailed daily shift logs and comprehensive incident reports participating in structured through shift handovers
- 5Deliver Compassionate Care interacting with residents guests and staff showing respect cultural sensitivity professional boundaries and dignity
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent with some college coursework or certifications preferred
- 2Professional or volunteer experience in residential facilities emergency shelters community living programs or social services preferred
- 3Excellent communication interpersonal skills remaining calm focused under pressure
- 4Comfortable with light facility maintenance cleaning tasks and organizational tidiness
- 5Basic computer literacy for digital logging software email and shift reports
- 6Valid California driver’s license and reliable insured auto transportation
