What You'll Do11
- 1Compassionately guide emotionally charged conversations related to in-home euthanasia and hospice care
- 2Address behavioral emergencies and manage aggressive incidents
- 3Deliver exceptional customer service through empathetic interactions
- 4Handle high volume inbound calls remotely with focus on quality and productivity
- 5Accurately collect and document pet family and medical information
- 6Schedule appointments efficiently using internal platforms
- 7Meet or exceed productivity quality and performance expectations
- 8Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership for seamless family support
- 9Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned schedules
- 10Perform additional duties to uphold service excellence
- 11Complete mandatory two-week training program

- 1Prior experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles
- 2Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection
- 3Ability to learn and navigate software platforms quickly
- 4Strong attention to detail and adaptability
- 5Dependable and punctual work ethic
- 6Physical ability to sit for extended periods and manual dexterity
- 7Willingness to work independently with minimal peer interaction
- 8Mandatory attendance for initial training program
- 9Availability for shift hours between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM HST
