Remote Vacation Planner
Overview
Design and deliver exceptional travel experiences for clients through research and personalized planning. You will manage reservations and provide excellent customer service. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist clients with planning and booking cruises, resorts, family vacations, theme park vacations, and other travel experiences
- 2Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- 3Create personalized vacation options based on client preferences and budgets
- 4Communicate with clients throughout the planning and travel process
- 5Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation
- 6Stay informed about destinations, travel suppliers, promotions, and industry updates
- 7Provide friendly and professional customer service before during and after travel
- 8Lead initiatives to improve travel planning processes
- 9Analyze client feedback to enhance service quality
- 10Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- 11Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex client relationships
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Python programming proficiency
- 6Experience with travel industry software tools
- 7Strong analytical skills for data processing tasks
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10Familiarity with global time zones and travel regulations
