What You'll Do8
- 1Design occupational therapy treatment plans for students with IEPs and 504 plans.
- 2Deliver remote therapy sessions using Mira platform tools.
- 3Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on student therapy strategies.
- 4Write IEPs, progress reports, and Medicaid billing documentation.
- 5Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to assess student needs.
- 6Adapt therapy methods for diverse student populations.
- 7Manage a caseload of students in a school-based setting.
- 8Troubleshoot technical issues during teletherapy sessions.
Requirements8
- 1Active OT license in Florida.
- 2National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy preferred.
- 32+ years school-based OT experience.
- 41+ year online therapy experience preferred or tech-savvy.
- 5Experience with IEPs, 504 plans, and Medicaid billing.
- 6Access to a dedicated remote work space.
- 7Excellent time management and communication skills.
- 8Passion for working with children in diverse settings.
