What You'll Do9
- 1Schedule appointments according to VA protocols and manage provider consultations
- 2Process community care referrals using HSRM and other VA systems
- 3Handle patient intake and post-visit communications
- 4Maintain accurate medical records in CPRS and VistA platforms
- 5Monitor scheduling analytics and provide operational insights
- 6Resolve patient and provider inquiries with professionalism
- 7Document all interactions and preserve confidentiality
- 8Complete 20 cases daily while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- 9Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications
Requirements10
- 1U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- 4Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- 5Clear English communication skills
- 6Valid driver's license for onsite assignments
- 7Proficient typing speed of 50 wpm
- 8Basic medical terminology knowledge
- 9No health restrictions affecting performance
- 10Experience with healthcare IT systems preferred
