Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Identify customer needs and match them with Regions' products, including loans and deposits, to meet branch targets.
- 2Run outbound calls from lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
- 3Educate customers on digital banking tools such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
- 4Own customer issues from first contact to resolution, ensuring a smooth experience.
- 5Refer customers to internal specialists for complex financial goals like investments or mortgages.
- 6Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain compliance with bank procedures.
- 7Support the branch team by greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ year of cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience
- 3Ability to work Saturdays
- 4Proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions
- 5Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email
- 6Comfort with frequent computer use, including typing and screen focus
- 7Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- 8Life Insurance License preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 9Registration with NMLS required
- 10Ability to pass background check and comply with banking regulations
