What You'll Do7

- 2Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with all regulations.
- 3Build rapport with clients through deep conversations to identify financial needs and life priorities.
- 4Execute the bank's risk culture, adhering to established processes and guidelines.
- 5Manage financial center traffic, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls to drive client engagement.
- 6Collaborate with small business, lending, and investment partners to grow business knowledge and network.

Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED minimum, plus 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
- 26 months of cash handling experience.
- 3Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- 4Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs.
- 5Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms, including mobile banking and online banking.
- 6Willingness to work weekends and extended hours, with flexibility to be scheduled at any financial center within reasonable distance.
- 7Passion for delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
