Overview
rn role providing patient care in a skilled nursing and healthcare setting at Life Care Center Paradise Valley. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and revise individualized care plans based on patient changes
- 2Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs during daily rounds
- 3Deliver high quality nursing care to achieve optimal physical and psychosocial well being
- 4Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet regulatory standards and patient goals
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team and families
- 7Demonstrate excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients
Requirements8
- 1Nursing diploma or higher (associate or bachelor)
- 2Currently licensed/registered RN in applicable state
- 3Active RN license in good standing
- 4One year skilled nursing experience preferred
- 5CPR certification at hire or during orientation
- 6CPR certification kept current during employment
- 7Ability to work night shift on-site
- 8Strong teamwork and communication skills
