- 6Manage comprehensive patient care through physical assessments and care plan development
- 7Supervise and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs in accordance with state practice acts
- 8Maintain accurate real-time clinical documentation using PointClickCare EHR software
- 9Adhere to HIPAA standards and infection control protocols
- 10Assist with orientation and clinical mentorship of newly hired nursing staff
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance and facility safety guidelines
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of clinical experience
- 3Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 4Current BLS / CPR certification
- 5Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 6Tuberculin Skin Test verification as mandated by state guidelines
- 7Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- 8Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred
