Requirements11
- 1Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2Current state licensure as a registered nurse
- 3BLS and NRP certification obtained within six months of hire
- 4Bachelor of Science in Nursing completed within five years of start date
- 5Master's degree preferred in nursing or related field
- 6One year of experience in M/B nursing or similar specialized environment
- 7Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative healthcare settings
- 8Strong analytical skills for interpreting patient data and trends
