What You'll Do11
- 1Assess patient needs and document observations for immediate nursing action
- 2Select, plan, evaluate, and document care based on patient assessments

- 4Provide comprehensive patient care and educate patients and families
- 5Consult with nursing leadership on significant patient changes
- 6Communicate patient updates during shift reports
- 7Utilize EMR to document responses and progress toward discharge goals
- 8Interpret clinical data and notify physicians of urgent changes
- 9Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient care discussions
- 10Apply infection control principles and adhere to the Code of Conduct
- 11Maintain departmental policies and quality standards
Requirements6
- 1Current NJ license as RN with BLS ACLS PALS IV Therapy
- 2One year behavioral health experience focusing on depressive disorders and self-harm
- 3Strong clinical nursing skills for behavioral health settings
- 4Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- 5Ability to work independently under NM/ADN supervision
- 6Familiarity with EMR systems and hospital policies
