Requirements11
- 15+ years nursing experience with geriatric populations
- 2Current California RN license and BLS certification
- 3Proficiency with EPIC EMR and clinical documentation systems
- 4Experience with electronic health records like Epic TrueChart
- 5Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- 6Ability to perform IV therapy and manage acute care situations
- 7Knowledge of geriatric care pathways and clinical decision tools
- 8Experience in home visits and skilled nursing facility assessments
- 9Understanding of PACE program guidelines and reporting requirements
