What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure accurate and clinically relevant information is communicated with patients, their families, and co-workers during handoffs
- 2Take all measures necessary to ensure involved parties communicate necessary information for optimal patient outcomes
- 3Demonstrate competent assessment planning intervention and evaluation based on individual patient plans
- 4Assess patient and family needs to provide quality care using a patient-centered model
- 5Maintain accurate real-time documentation of nursing care for team integration
- 6Function as a role model fostering a healthy work environment
- 7Direct licensed and unlicensed personnel in patient care delivery
- 8Respond within scope to emergencies and life-threatening conditions
- 9Adhere to patient safety practices and promote safety guidelines
- 10Collaborate effectively with all healthcare team members
- 11Provide ongoing education to patients and families
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa or a compact state
- 3Basic Life Support certification
- 4Iowa Dependent Adult Abuse and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter training
- 5Additional certifications based on specialty team requirements
