The RN will own direct patient care for neurological patients in outpatient and clinical settings, impacting outcomes at a specialized clinic in Miami. - 1Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments for neurological patients in outpatient or clinical settings

- 3Monitor and document patient vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment

- 5Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- 6Triage patient calls and concerns, providing clinical guidance and follow-up as needed
- 7Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records documentation
- 8Support quality improvement and patient advocacy initiatives
- 9Participate in staff training and professional development
- 10Contribute to a collaborative and supportive clinic culture to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements7
- 1Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- 2Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 3Prior experience in neurology or a clinical specialty setting preferred
- 4Strong knowledge of neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, MS, and Parkinson's disease
- 5Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- 6Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- 7BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
