Overview
Lead patient care for neurology telemetry cases at a high volume enterprise facility. Oversee documentation of nursing care and report patient changes. Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient responses. Conduct diagnostic test reviews and consult with physicians. Provide psychological support and administer medications. Ensure accurate record keeping and HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and patient acclimation. Seek assistance when needed to achieve superior care outcomes.

Requirements8
- 1Valid Florida RN license with bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- 3Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 43-5 years of telemetry experience preferred
- 5Strong technical proficiency with electronic health records and diagnostic tools
- 6Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions
- 7Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
