The Registered Nurse (RN) leads patient assessment planning implementation and evaluation using technology therapeutic interventions and evidence based practice while coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members. What You'll Do11
- 1Assess physical social and psychological status including cognitive communicative and developmental skills
- 2Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop individualized care plans
- 3Plan and prepare patients for continued support after care outcomes are achieved
- 4Direct interdisciplinary care teams through delegation and collaboration
- 5Provide or delegate care following established guidelines and professional standards
- 6Prioritize tasks and manage resources to deliver effective patient care
- 7Evaluate patient responses through goal achievement and satisfaction reviews
- 8Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal ethical and regulatory standards
- 9Promote nursing profession and develop others
- 10Integrate legal implications into daily care delivery
- 11Utilize advanced technology such as Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 21 year of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department
- 3BSN required as of 4/27/2025
- 4BLS certification for healthcare providers
- 5Minimum qualifications include current RN license and valid compact license transfer within 60 days
- 6Physical requirements include manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy items
- 7Communication skills needed to interact with patients providers and visitors
- 8Professional etiquette and accountability are essential
- 9Experience with interdisciplinary teams and patient flow management
- 10Licensure must be active and in good standing
- 11Education must be from an accredited institution
