What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement play-based interventions to improve communication sharing play and learning skills
- 2Deliver therapy sessions in diverse settings including homes schools and centers
- 3Collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment plans
- 4Maintain accurate records and track client progress using appropriate assessment tools
- 5Support BCBA supervision and adhere to ethical standards
- 6Create engaging therapeutic activities that promote positive behavior changes
- 7Assist in crisis situations while maintaining a safe environment for all participants
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
- 23-5 seasons of clinical practice with autism spectrum disorders
- 3High School diploma or equivalent
- 4Current Registered Behavior Technician certification
- 5Demonstrated ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- 6Flexible schedule with consistent weekday availability
- 7Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for working with children
- 8Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- 9Willingness to work in dynamic environments including outdoor locations
