What You'll Do5
- 1Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
- 2Teach communication social and daily living skills using evidence based techniques
- 3Reduce interfering behaviors through skilled intervention
- 4Train to operate equipment such as lifts and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- 5Maintain records and report progress to supervisors
Requirements9
- 1Passionate about helping children with autism
- 2Patient compassionate and able to work in a team
- 318+ years of age
- 4High school diploma or GED
- 5Ability to obtain CPR First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
- 6Ability to pass pre employment background check
- 7Ability to move in various positions and lift weights
- 8Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding
- 9Willingness to obtain certification during employment
