Overview

The Regional Growth Manager leads marketing initiatives to achieve volume growth and drive ROI across assigned regions. This role focuses on expanding patient volume and establishing partnerships while fostering brand recognition for Altus Community Health and its family of health care brands. It involves collaborating with the CMO and stakeholders to create strategies that exceed annual goals.

What You'll Do14

  • 1Utilize consultative selling skills to cultivate win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume to facilities
  • 2Support Develop and execute programs to meaningfully engage with prospective and current patients to generate self-referrals
  • 3Act as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation in and connection to the communities served
  • 4Work collaboratively with brand teams to execute local marketing campaigns
  • 5Successfully execute product launches to meet regional goals
  • 6Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities are effective and efficient
  • 7Act as marketing liaison to regional staff. Facilitate and grow relationship with facility and regional staff
  • 8Achieve sales visit goals as assigned weekly
  • 9Maintain and mine the referral/contact database
  • 10Continuously update competitor maps
  • 11Provide weekly/monthly reporting as assigned
  • 12Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
  • 13Travel to all facility locations within assign region
  • 14Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements18

  • 1Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • 2Education and/or Experience, Skills Bachelor’s degree, required (preferably in marketing or business administration)
  • 33-5 years sales, business development or field marketing experience with direct responsibility for meeting sales goals, required (preferably in healthcare)
  • 4Strong customer service skills
  • 5Ability to interpret and disseminate information, including key information about changes in the marketplace and patient utilization patterns
  • 6Demonstrated expertise in using consultative sales models
  • 7Experience in making presentations and public speaking
  • 8Experience in crafting proposals to garner business
  • 9Healthcare knowledge and experience, preferred
  • 10Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication
  • 11Fluency in Spanish; written and oral communication highly desirable
  • 12Language, Mathematical, and/or Reasoning Ability Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • 13Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • 14Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • 15Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • 16Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • 17Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • 18Ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment
