What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct supervisory joint visits with Field Nurses in patients' homes
- 2Mentor, coach, and support clinical field staff
- 3Provide orientation and ongoing clinical education
- 4Monitor quality of care and ensure regulatory compliance
- 5Perform clinical nursing duties in Diagnostic & Treatment Centers or Medical Practices
- 6Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- 7Identify opportunities for clinical improvement and best practices
- 8Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading home care teams
- 3Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- 4Previous Home Care or Certified Home Health Agency experience
- 5Supervisory or clinical leadership experience
- 6Strong knowledge of home care regulations
- 7Valid New York State driver's license
- 8Reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territory
- 9Bilingual skills preferred
- 10OASIS knowledge
- 11Case management or care coordination experience
Salary Insight
$141 - $150k per year
