What You'll Do8
- 1Drive OTR routes hauling reefer freight across the country in a Freightliner Cascadia.
- 2Maintain a clean MVR and comply with all DOT regulations.
- 3Manage your schedule to average 3,000 miles per week at 80 CPM.
- 4Communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- 5Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
- 6Load and secure cargo per company standards, using reefer temperature controls.
- 7Document hours, miles, and delivery details accurately.
- 8Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements8
- 1Valid CDL Class A license.
- 22+ years of commercial driving experience.
- 3Clean MVR with no violations in the last 3 years.
- 4Ability to drive OTR for extended periods.
- 5Experience with reefer freight and temperature control preferred.
- 6Strong time management and communication skills.
- 7Comfortable with automatic transmission trucks.
- 8Must pass a background check and drug test.
