What You'll Do8
- 1Run OTR reefer routes covering multiple states, averaging 3,000 miles weekly.
- 2Operate a 2022 or 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission.
- 3Maintain a clean MVR by following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- 4Manage your schedule with professional dispatch to minimize downtime.
- 5Secure and monitor reefer freight to maintain temperature integrity during transit.
- 6Communicate with dispatch on progress, delays, or issues in real time.
- 7Keep the truck clean and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
- 8Log hours accurately per FMCSA regulations using electronic logging.
Requirements7
- 1Valid CDL Class A license.
- 22+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- 3Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- 4Ability to drive OTR routes with extended time away from home.
- 5Experience with reefer freight handling and temperature monitoring preferred.
- 6Strong communication skills for professional dispatch coordination.
- 7Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks.
