Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Drive reefer freight OTR in a 2022 or 2023 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission.
- 2Run an average of 3,000 miles weekly to maintain consistent pay at 80 CPM.
- 3Communicate with dispatch for load assignments, routing, and scheduling.
- 4Inspect truck and trailer before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance.
- 5Maintain a clean MVR by following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- 6Secure and monitor reefer load temperatures during transit to protect cargo integrity.
- 7Document trips, hours, and logs accurately per DOT regulations.
- 8Deliver freight on time and professionally at each stop.
Requirements6
- 1Valid CDL Class A license.
- 2Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- 3Clean MVR with no major violations.
- 4Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- 5Comfort with OTR driving and extended periods away from home.
- 6Experience with reefer freight and temperature control is a plus.
