- 5Review and improve benchmark benchmarks for red team activities to stay aligned with evolving security risks and best practices
- 6Produce well-structured methodologies and technical write-ups that translate complex security concepts for varied audiences
- 7Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders to iterate on frameworks and incorporate feedback into deliverables
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5+ years in offensive cybersecurity, red teaming, exploit development, or vulnerability research (senior roles may require 8–20 years of experience)
- 2Proven track record as a principal security engineer, exploit developer, cloud red-team lead, or malware reverse-engineer with focus on attack chains or social engineering
- 3Deep knowledge of cyber attack methodologies, exploit chains, and assessments for cloud and application security
- 4Experience in malware analysis, reverse engineering, and or social engineering techniques and defenses
- 5Strong ability to produce clear, actionable documentation and communicate complex concepts to different audiences
