- 10Craft compelling stories and maintain brand consistency across all external content

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in marketing communication digital media business or related field
- 21-2 years of hands-on recruitment marketing employer brand digital experience
- 3Exceptional storytelling skills including creative direction copywriting and editing
- 4Ability to craft emotional relevant messages and build cross-functional partnerships
- 5Proven organizational project management skills with Microsoft suite and Avature CRM
- 6High-energy self-starter with intellectual curiosity passion for digital engagement
- 7Bonus experience using data analytics for channel optimization
- 8Experience developing creative strategies for websites social media campaigns email SEO and events
- 9Digital agency experience preferred
