What You'll Do9
- 1Manage complex high-volume scheduling for recruiters and hiring teams including phone virtual and onsite interviews
- 2Act as strategic partner anticipating scheduling needs balancing priorities and solving challenges creatively
- 3Own candidate experience ensuring timely professional personalized communication throughout the process
- 4Provide exceptional candidate experience through personalized outreach and support
- 5Serve as primary point of contact for onsite candidates maintain job postings manage candidate activity in Ashby
- 6Support special projects and other assigned duties
- 7Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve recruitment processes
- 8Adapt schedules on short notice while maintaining high organizational standards
- 9Utilize scheduling tools like Ashby Envoy and Workday to streamline workflows

- 12+ years recruiting coordination experience handling high volume requisitions
