What You'll Do6
- 1Manage metrics and hand out ads staffing models client satisfaction and performance levels
- 2Lead organize and implement special projects or performance improvement activities
- 3Recruit source interview and credential prospective professionals available for staffing
- 4Represent your team at job fairs conferences trade shows and other recruitment events
- 5Maintain and develop relationships with local schools
- 6Provide strong leadership that mentors and develops your team of associates
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of an Associate’s degree
- 2Minimum of one year recruitment or customer service experience involving phone resolution
- 3Minimum of one year management experience
- 4Effective phone rapport building skills
- 5Demonstrated sense of urgency
- 6Ability to work independently towards assigned goals
- 7Proficient technical skills including Word and Excel
