Recruiter Guest Services Washington Commanders
Overview
Part-time recruiter supports Guest Services hiring for Gameday staff. Reports to Guest Services Manager. Responsible for managing applicant screening and partnering with Peoples Operations for job postings. Coordinates interviews and supports recruitment campaigns. Provides staffing metrics to leadership. Additional duties include job fairs and hiring events.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage screening all applicants for all Guest Services gameday positions
- 2Partner with the Peoples Operations team to update job postings
- 3Support appropriate recruiting sources for each position
- 4Respond to applicant inquiries and coordinate interview schedules
- 5Support online and social media recruiting and hiring campaigns
- 6Coordinate communication to new hires for onboarding and training
- 7Assist with planning logistics and execution of gameday staff hiring
- 8Provide staffing metrics and recruiting analytics to People Operations
- 9Attend job fairs and hiring events
- 10Plan and execute hiring appreciation days and end of season celebrations
- 11Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters
Requirements10
- 1Minimum one year experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR
- 2Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks with deadlines
- 3Well organized with attention to detail
- 4Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- 5Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- 6Excellent customer service skills
- 7Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
- 8Effective verbal written and interpersonal communications skills
- 9Candidates must be 18 years old
- 10High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
