Overview
You will own the front desk at an 80-bed addiction treatment center, managing visitor flow and phone systems during weekend shifts. You are the first point of contact for clients and families, setting a professional tone in a physician-led facility. You will coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain a secure, welcoming environment. Your role supports a holistic treatment approach with a team dedicated to saving lives.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- 2Manage the telephone system, retrieving voicemail and delivering messages to staff
- 3Maintain visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs, issuing and collecting visitor badges
- 4Order and maintain office supplies for all departments, tracking inventory
- 5Monitor staff whereabouts continuously to direct inquiries accurately
- 6Maintain a filing system for company functions, ensuring confidentiality of client records
- 7Assist with cross-departmental projects and attend staff meetings as needed
- 8Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA and drug-free workplace standards
Requirements6
