Receptionist, healthcare center (PRN/Weekend)
Overview
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, handling front-desk operations every other weekend and as needed. You'll own the reception area's security, communication, and guest experience. Join a team centered on S.H.A.R.E. (Service, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, Excellence) and support daily operations in a nursing center.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing inquiries to the right staff.
- 2Maintain employee and department directories to guide visitors accurately.
- 3Follow security procedures including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- 4Operate the house phone and console per the manufacturer's instructions.
- 5Keep the reception area safe and clean by following procedures and regulations.
- 6Document actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to support team continuity.
- 7Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks as requested.
Requirements4
- 1Strong communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions.
- 2Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- 3High school diploma or equivalency required.
- 4Pass a post-offer criminal background check, physical, and drug screen.
