- 5Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- 6Support the team with administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry.
- 7Participate in training to obtain a property and casualty license with reimbursement available.

Requirements7
- 11+ years in a receptionist or customer service role.
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills for phone and in-person interactions.
- 3Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
- 4Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying customer needs.
- 5Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
